New Wave - toilet combine with wash basin

The rent for the shops in the downtown area is very expensive, so how to use space effectively became the primary consideration for designer. And the bathroom space is very limited, if toilet can combine with lavabo together, that's a good idea. Here is the  mix design of toilet and hand washing dish, very practical and creative,if you don't flush immediately after toilet,but rotating the basin to above of the toilet,use the water that you had washed your hand to flush,saving space and water.
