As a wholesaler,do you know how to check your faucets quality?

Perhaps,many wholesalers don't check their products quality by themself,just ask their suppliers to do these,if problem comes,you may need to return to your supplier,and change new some,that will lost your time,why not check the products before you received it?Like faucets,there are many things you should know about.

(of course,you can't check it just at home,because it need some special test equipments).

Maybe the next checking list is boring,but that is what we have to do before shipment,to ensure each of our products is in good quality.

(PS. Also you can set the QC standard to your supplier,that may be easier for you. :) )

1.Appearance quality

Surface plating for the spaut should be in good combined treatment. Organizations should be meticulous and looks sharper and curves smoother.Polishing surface should be brightness and without bubble,burns,dislocation and scratch defect.

2.Surface quality for screw-thread

No dent and thread breaking defect.  
Surface RA≤3.2um

3.Pipe thread accuracy

Accuracy should reach the GB/T7307-2001 standard

4.Sign of cold and hot water

The clear sign of cold and hot warer . 

Blue/C/cold means cold water ,Red/H/hot means hot water .

Double spout,cold water sign at right side, hot water sign at left side . 

The connection is firm. 
5.Flow Rate(L/S)

Under the (0.3±0.02) Mpa water pressure , the folw rate not less than0.2 L/S.

Under the (0.1±0.01) Mpa water pressure , the folw rate not less than0.15 L/S

6.Sealing performance 
Connector:（1.6±0.05）Mpa water pressure，after（60±6）s，no leakage

7.Packing requirement 
After assembling,the handle must be smooth,light and without resistance.The connecting with handle and the valve rod should be tight. The torque of single handle should be over 6Nm±0.6Nm;The torque of cold and hot water button should be over 2.5Nm±0.5N. After testing,all of the parts shouldn't be out of shape;the cartridge should be seal and the flow rate should be approved the requirement standard.

8.Adhesive Force 
Ater the adhesive force testing,chrome finished not allow fall out.

9.Intensity of valves

inflow part:（2.5±0.05）Mpa water pressure, after （60±5）s, no deformation, no leakage

effluent part:（0.4±0.02）Mpa water pressure, after （60±5）s, no leakage

10.casting quality

without defects such as shrinkage, cracks and pores, inner cavity with the core sand should be cleared away.

11.Ceramic piece hardware:≥1000Hv5

12.coating, corrosion performance

According to GB/T10125,after 24 hours acid salt spray test, should reach 10 level standard of GB/T6461-1986  requirement 
13.Fatigue test of Cold and hot function

Handle drives the valve rod moving,make ceramic chip moving to make the two holes sealed,so no water into the valve.The valve sealing ring to make that water have to pass the valve and then can come out from the faucet,no water into valve,no water flow out.This is working principle of faucet.

When we turn on the faucet on the hot water side, hot water hole will open and cold water hole will closed,so the hot water will flow out,this is the hot water in and out working principle.the same as the cold water working principle.if the two is open the same time,warm water will flow out.
